BARRON, Randall Scott (Randy) 60, died suddenly of a heart attack at home in Cazadero, CA on October 30, 2016. He was born April 15, 1956 in North Hollywood, CA and preceded in death by his son, Jake, and his parents Donavon Barron and Bonnie and Del Cahill. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Rachelle Alexander (Shellie), his children and grandchildren: Vanessa Alexander (David Cameron) w/ Isla and Ruaridh, Sara Alexander, Kathryn Davis (Paul) w/Madison, Aaron Alexander, Alicea Alexander, Alexa Martinez (Alex) w/Lydia, Michael Barron, David Barron, Emily Barron, Meredith Barron, Rebecca Barron, Patrick Barron, Erik Barron (Jenifer) w/Ayden, Lucy and Soren, Meara Barron w/Riley and Jacob, and Morgan Barron, his mother-in-law, Eleanor Alexander, his brothers Michael (Sharon), Joel (Patty) and Daniel (Julie) Barron and his sister Cheryl Kinser (Ken). He was also loved by his many other family, co-workers, clients and friends. He was raised in Santa Rosa, CA, where attended SRHS, SRJC and SSU. After retiring from the Navy, he found a passion for Environmental Science, working for the City of Santa Rosa as a Sustainability Technician specializing in water conservation for almost 10 years. His other passions were his week-long sailing trips with his bros, singing and playing the guitar, his family and a wide circle of friends. He was a member of the River Choir and Redwood Chordsmen. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends and our community. There will be a private graveside service November 10, 2016. The memorial service will be Veterans Day, November 11, 2016, at the Monte Rio Community Center from 1:00-4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the R.
